This site was developed for Santa Barbara City College faculty development department. Jack Ullom, Dean for Educational Programs and Faculty Development needed a central location for the new faculty the learn about the teaching styles and classroom management of the college. The website was created around the DREAM metaphor; D=Discover, R=Read, E=Explore, A=Apply, M=Measure.
