Bulletin Board a.k.a. A Forum

A Bulletin Board is an interactive discussion environment that allows different people on the Internet or an Intranet to leave messages for each other, and reply to other messages. Boards/Categories are set up to organize the discussions. Moderators can be assigned to a board to help monitor the messages. The moderator will be able to start a new discussion, delete or modify a discussion or close a discussion.

The Bulletin Board can be used for your web site visitors to post messages and ask questions or exclusively for your staff to share information and ideas.

The event calendar is a facility that allows you to display upcoming events in a calendar type display. Users can select a specific month and year or scroll through the next or previous months. The event will be a hyperlink which will pop up a window with more information when clicked. It comes with an admin. area where you can add, modify and delete events in an easy to use front end. Online Newsletter Back to menu

An Online Newsletter is a medium used to send information to subscribers of the service. A newsletter is sent via e-mail on a regular basis to all subscribers in the database, usually once per month. A user can subscribe by simply entering their e-mail address into a form on your web site, they can also un-subscribe the same way. The newsletter is also integrated into your web site where users can view the most recent newsletter or browse through the archived newsletters.

The password protected administrator area will provide a way to create a newsletter and set a post date to it, you can also modify and delete newsletters. When you are ready to send the newsletter to your subscribers it is simply a matter of selecting the newsletter that you want to send and hitting the submit button, our software will do the rest. An online timesheet allows your employees to clock in and out on a regular basis, it keeps track of each employee's hours, tracks vacation time and sick time. This application automates the payroll department and decreases its workload.

Once the employee logs in they will instantly see how much vacation time and sick time they have accrued. They can book vacation time or just clock in or out. The payroll departments report can be modified to show total hours for any given period for each or all employees. It will also display overtime hours on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
